'Boitsfort, get ready to croc'.
Phase 1: Teasing
Before opening, we built curiosity on the street and on social. 100 custom “Miettes boxes” were distributed at the Boitsfort local market, each containing golden tickets for free lunches and discounts to drive first visits. Result: 200K reach and strong local buzz before doors even opened.

Phase 2: Activation
At launch, we activated press and influence. A multilingual press release secured 3 features, while 15 carefully selected local influencers joined for an on-site tasting, generating authentic content and reach around the opening.
